I am not sure about other GCC countries. Still, Saudi Iqama Holders are entitled to get an on-arrival visa at the Jordan border, and nationals of some countries can even get visa-free entry.

Egypt
Saudi Iqama holders and GCC residents can apply for an Egypt on-arrival visit visa for 30 days if they meet specific requirements.
Japan
The Japanese embassy in Saudi Arabia recently announced that all Saudi nationals and Saudi Iqama holders will be eligible to apply electronically for a visa to Japan. – Arab News.
