In the next step to register with GDRFA website as a GCC resident, you will have to check the box “I Need to Register with Email Address Only” as you don't have Emirates ID to fulfill other requirements.

In the next step to register with GDRFA website as a GCC resident you need to enter your email address, a unique username, the first name, the last name, the date of birth and a password. After entering all these details, agree with the terms and conditions and click on the submit button.

An email will be sent to the GCC resident email account from the GDRFA website to activate. Once you click on the link given in the email, you will be redirected to this page where you need to enter your username and password to apply for UAE or Dubai E visit visa for GCC Residents and Iqama holders of Saudi Arabia.
