GCC residents and Saudi Iqama holders of some nationalities can apply for Kuwait e-visa online without visiting their embassy or consulate. The on-arrival visa is no more available to GCC residents without any regard to the Iqama profession.

Requirements

GCC residents and Saudi Iqama holders need the following to apply for a Kuwait e-visa;

• Passport with a minimum validity of 6 months.
• Iqama or GCC card is valid for at least 6 months.
• Birth Certificate.
• A credit or debit card to pay the visa fee.
• Kuwait Visa Fee: $59.
• You can apply a max of 90 days before the travel date.
• The purpose of the visit must be tourism only.
• The applicant has no criminal history in the GCC states.

• Enter your passport details.
• Do you have a GCC residency permit? YES.
• Select the GCC country. 

On the next screen enter;

• Intended Date of Entry to Kuwait.
• Email address.
• Mobile Number.
• Pay the fee of $59 to apply for the Visa.
• Attach the required documents.
• Apply for a Visa.

You will receive the visa in your email within 1-2 working days.
