  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp (it is preferred if you use fresh garlic if it is not available then use the garlic powder)
  • 100 ml whole milk.
  • 1 cup of vegetable oil.
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon.
  • Salt.
  • Cream: 2 tbsp.

1- Add milk, garlic, and vegetable oil to a cup.

2- Now blend it with the hand blender for 3-4 minutes until the sauce has thickened up and has a mayo-like consistency.

3- Add zest of half a lemon and a few pinches of salt. Blend for a few seconds and taste, add salt as necessary.

4- At the end, put it into an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. After 4 days, you can eat the AlBaik Garlic Sauce made with home recipe.

  • 1 whole chicken with the skin.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 2 lemons.
  • 2 cups plain flour.
  • 1 cup of cornflour.
  • 5 tsp red food color.
  • 1 tbsp. ginger paste.
  • 2 tbsp. garlic paste.
  • 5 tsp cinnamon powder.
  • 4 tbsp. Olive oil.
  • 4 tbsp. Red Chili powder.
  • Cooking Oil to fry.
  • Salt to taste.

01-Cut chicken into 8 pieces, make sure skin remains intact

02-Mix the cinnamon powder, lemon juice, chili powder, and olive oil, salt and fill the mixture into a syringe

03-Marinate the pieces of chicken with salt, ginger paste and garlic paste

04-Mix plain flour and cornflour in a bowl

05-Beat the eggs into a separate bowl and keep aside

06-Dip the chicken into eggs then coat with mixed flour. Rest for a few minutes and repeat this process

07-Use the syringe to fill the pieces of chicken with the mixture

08-Fry for around 10 – 15 minutes in a covered pan.
