How to pay Saudi Council of Engineers fee?

To complete the registration or renewal of the Saudi Council of Engineers, one has to pay the required amount of fee through SADAD. The fee for the SCE

  • Registration Fee: SR 500.
  • Membership fee: SR 200/year for technicians and SR 250/year for engineers.
  • Renewal Fee: SR 200/year for technicians and SR 250/year for engineers.

During the registration or the renewal process, you will receive an SMS from the SCE containing the bill number and the amount of fee to pay. We will use this SMS to pay the Saudi Council of Engineers fee through SADAD.

Al Rajhi Bank

In order to pay the registration or renewal fee of the Saudi Council of Engineers through SADAD using Al Rajhi bank, login to your account and click on the “Payments” tab.

  • A drop-down menu will appear from where you need to click on the “SADAD”. 
  • A new screen will appear from where you will have to select “SADAD Bills”.

The next screen will show you all the SADAD bills already registered with your Al Rajhi account. You need to click on the “Add New Bills” button.

In the next screen, the system will display the screen to add a new SADAD bill where you need to enter the following details;

  • Filter by: Government Services.
  • Utility Service Provider: Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • Bill Number: Enter the bill number sent to you in the SMS.

In the next step, the system will send an SMS to your mobile to confirm the addition of this SADAD bill. Once you enter back the code, Al Rajhi bank will give you an option to pay the Saudi Council of Engineers fee through SADAD.

You can check the amount of money to be paid and click on the “confirm” button.

In case you have an account with the NCB, you can log in to your account to pay the Saudi Council of Engineers fee through SADAD. After the login, click on;

  • SADAD.
  • SADAD Payments.
  • Add New Bills.

On the next page, you will find the screen to add new bills. Here you need to select the following;

  • Biller Group: Government Agencies.
  • Biller: Saudi Council of Engineers.
  • Subscriber Number: Enter the bill number sent to you in the SMS.

The SADAD biller number of Saudi Council of Engineers is 123.

In the next step, the NCB system will send an SMS to verify that you want to add a new SADAD bill. Once the SMS code is added, it will show you a screen mentioning that a SADAD bill has been registered.
