What is Get Stake?

Stake Properties Limited (Stake) is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) as an Operator of a Property Investment. They have funded properties worth AED 152 million as of now.

How does it work?

A one-bedroom flat in Dubai generally costs around AED 500,000, which is difficult for many individuals to afford. This is where Get Stake comes in as they;

  • Collects the money from different individuals.
  • Buy the flat on the names of all who have contributed (yes, possible).
  • Rent the flat to a tenant.
  • Collects the rental.
  • Distribute the rental to all the property owners who have contributed with the proportion of their investment.

Selling the Property

You will receive monthly rentals in your wallet once you have successfully invested at Get Stake.

1- After one year of investment, you can sell your share of the property in the secondary offering arranged by Get Stake every 6 months. In this way, you would sell your share to other get stake members at a certain profit or loss.

2- You can also wait for the Get Stake management to decide when to sell a property. Sometimes, they sell the property only after one year of acquiring it if they find a good price. Otherwise, they would sell it after 4,5 years, and you would get your principal amount + profit.

Withdraw funds

If you have funds available to your wallet account except for the referral bonus of AED 200 received by using our code, you can make a transfer request to Get Stake to transfer it to any of your personal bank accounts worldwide.
