Now you can easily check available Iqama funds using the “public query available funds” option on MOI or Absher account after paying the fee. There are two ways to check available Iqama funds and we have explained both of them.
You need to have an Absher account to check available Iqama funds on MOI. If you don’t have an Absher account, you will have to register for it. The procedure to get you registered is explained in this link “How to register for Absher?”
Once the account is created, you need to login to it by entering your userID or Iqama number, password and the captcha code. The system will send an SMS to your mobile number with an authentication code that you need to enter the next screen. https://absher.sa
Check your Iqama funds
As we have stated in the introduction, there are two ways to check iqama funds. If you want to check Iqama funds, you can easily do it by selecting the “Query available funds” tab. In order to do it, click on the “Inquiries” button under the “My Services” tab.
After that, a new screen will appear from where you need to click on the “General Services” tab.
Meanwhile, a new page will open with several options from where you need to click on the “Query Available Funds” tab.
Now you can see the Iqama funds in the MOI or Absher system under your name. The funds are available in the 5 main categories namely;
- Sponsorees Deposits
- Vehicles Deposit e.g. Istimara fee
- Driving License Deposit
- Passports Deposit e.g. fee for an exit reentry visa
- Labour Deposit
Check Iqama funds of someone else
In case you want to check the Iqama funds of someone else, you can do it using the “Public Query Available funds” option on your Absher account.
After the login to the Absher account, you will find many options there but you need to click on the “public query available funds” option to check iqama deposit on MOI.
As soon as you click on the “public query available funds” option on your MOI or Absher account, a new page will open where you will be required to enter the Iqama number of the person for whom you want to check funds and the captcha code.
Meanwhile, a page will appear stating all the iqama deposits you have made. In this way, you can check if you have made the payment to the correct category.
- Let us say, if you have paid a deposit of SR 400 for a license, it will appear under driving license deposit.
- Similarly, if you have paid the fee for an exit reentry visa or for the iqama renewal, it will appear under the category of passport deposit.
- The fee paid for the renewal of Istimara will appear under the Vehicle deposit.
It is also important for you to know that as soon as the iqama, driving license or istimara is renewed, this amount will disappear from here.
In the end, you can also take a print of the page. Just click on the “print preview” button and the system will show you the following screen.
