How to pay dependent fee online?

In order to renew iqama, issue iqama for a newborn baby or a dependent who has recently come to Saudi Arabia, you need to pay the dependent fee online. In this article, we have explained how to calculate, pay the dependent fee online for existing/new dependents, newborn baby and check it on the Absher/MOI account.

Pay dependent fee online through Al Rajhi Bank

In order to pay the dependent fee online using Al Rajhi bank internet banking, log in to your account and click on the “Payments” tab in it.

After this, a drop-down menu will appear from where you will have to click on “SADAD”. In the next step, you need to select the “MOI Payments” out of different options.

In the next step, you will have to select “Expatriates Service” among many types of services.

Fee for all family members

Here you will be given several options out of which you need to select “Fee Collection for all registered associates on the Head of household Iqama” in the application type to pay the dependent fee for all family members at once. Select the following options;

  • Transaction Type: Payment
  • Application Type: Fee Collection for all registered associates on the Head of household Iqama
  • Iqama ID: Iqama number of the head of the family
  • Fee duration end date: Iqama Expiry Date + 1 Year or Final Exit date + 60 days

Fee for a specific dependent

You can also select “Fee collection for a Specific Associate” if you want to pay the dependent fee separately for a family member. Select the following options;

  • Transaction Type: Payment
  • Application Type: Fee Collection for a specific associate
  • Iqama ID: Iqama number of the head of the family
  • Associate ID: Iqama number of the dependent
  • Fee duration end date: Iqama Expiry Date + 1 Year or Final Exit date + 60 days

Dependent fee for a newborn baby – born inside Saudi Arabia

In order to pay the dependent fee for the newborn baby who got birth inside Saudi Arabia, select the following options in Al Rajhi Account. Recommended: How to get Iqama for Newborn? 

  • Transaction Type: Payment
  • Application Type: Adding Dependent Born Inside
  • Head of Household ID: Iqama number of the head of the family
  • Dependent Date of Birth: DOB in either Hijri or Gregorian calendar

If your baby was born outside Saudi Arabia, you need to follow the procedure mentioned-below to pay the dependent fee.

Dependent fee for a new Iqama / Baby born outside Saudi Arabia

In case your baby is born outside Saudi Arabia or your family has just arrived on a permanent family visa, you cannot pay the dependent fee unless the family member has entered the borders of the Kingdom.

Once the dependent has entered Saudi Arabia and the border number is written on his passport, select the following options in Al Rajhi Account;

  • Transaction Type: Payment
  • Application Type: Fee Collection for a specific associate
  • Iqama ID: Iqama number of the head of the family
  • Associate ID: Enter the Border Number written on the passport of the dependent
  • Fee duration end date: Iqama Expiry Date

Finally, you will see the dependent fee to be paid. Just click on the confirm button to complete the process.

Pay dependent fee online through NCB

In order to pay the dependent fee through NCB internet banking, log in to your account. After the login, click on the SADAD > “Government Payments and Refunds”.

In the next step, you will find several options on your screen from which you have to select the following to pay the dependent fee online through NCB.

  • Biller: Alien Control
  • Service
    • For all family members: Associate Fee for all registered associates on the Head of household Iqama
    • For a specific dependent: Associate fee for a Specific Associate / New Iqama / Newborn baby born outside Saudi Arabia
    • Newborn baby born inside Saudi Arabia: Adding dependent born inside Saudi Arabia.
  • Fee duration end date: Iqama Expiry Date + 1 Year or Final Exit date + 60 days
