Why check the visa status?

You must have heard stories of agents selling fake Umrah visas to pilgrims coming to Saudi Arabia. The innocent pilgrims pay their life savings to agents to see Makkah and Madina.

To avoid the recurrence of such scams, the Ministry of Hajj and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs have launched platforms where you can check the visa issuance status before coming to Saudi Arabia.

If you do so, there is no risk of a scam as your details are checked on the official website of the Ministry of Hajj.
