HRSD Ministry announces Saudization in 44 professions

Saudi Arabia has introduced 50% to 100% Saudization in 44 Iqama professions which would create 33,000 jobs for Saudis.

Licensed aviation professions

50% to 100% Saudization in the following licensed aviation professions starting from March 15, 2023, would create 4,000 jobs for Saudis.

• 100% Saudization in Copilot – 315305.
• 100% in Air controller – 315301.
• 100% in Dispatcher – 315402.
• 100% in Meteorologist – 315401.
• 70% in Aviation Transport Pilot – 315304.
• 60% localization in Air Host – 511101.

Optics Professions

50% Saudization in the following optics professions from March 18, 2023, would create 1,000 jobs for Saudis.

• Medical optics technician – 325401.
• Physics laboratory technician – 3112042.
• Optics technician – 325403.
• Minimum Salary for Saudis: SR 5,500.

Customer Service Professions

100% Saudization in the customer service profession from  Dec. 17, 2022, would create 4,000 jobs for Saudis.
