Qiwa platform has added a new feature for employers that they can select different types of salaries for employees, such as fixed salary and a variable salary linked to performance.
The employer is required to give an employee a minimum fixed salary of SR 400/month.
In addition, the employer can set a performance-based salary, such as 10% of the total sales, 5% of the cost saved, or a certain percentage of the production achieved.
This feature will enable employers to establish a performance-based reward system for their employees that will eventually align organizational objectives with business objectives.
Moreover, it is more meaningful and motivational for employees to put more effort into their jobs if they feel that the employer directly rewards their performance in a transparent way.
