What does it mean to see a fairy in a dream?

All of us have heard stories of fairies in our childhood. However, seeing a fairy in a dream could have different meanings in Islam depending upon the context and situation as explained below;

• What does it mean to see magic in a dream?

1- Abu Hurairah رَضِيَ ٱللَّٰهُ عَنْهُ narrates that Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that seeing fairy in a dream is a sign of wealth and elderliness. And holding hands with the fairy and talking to it is a sign of happiness.

2- According to Ibn Sirin رحمة الله عليه the greatest dream interpreter of Islam, a happy fairy in a dream is a sign of happiness, it indicates attainment of wealth and respect.

3- However, seeing a sad fairy in a dream means sadness and sorrow.

4- According to Ibrahim Karmani رحمة الله عليه a Muslim fairy in a dream is a sign of friendship, respect and wealth.

5- However, seeing a non-Muslim fairy in a dream means enmity, hate, and sorrow.

6- According to Prophet Daniyal عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ sitting among fairies in a dream means that the dreamer would go for traveling and it would be blessed one.

7- If the Fairy has grabbed the dreamer by the neck and taken him with her in a dream, then it is a sign of respect and status.

8- However, if the fairy has dropped the dreamer down in a dream, then he shall experience a decline in his respect and status.

9- If the fairies are talking with kindness in a dream, it shows his work will end well.

10- Seeing a fairy in good clothes in a dream predicts good condition of the dreamer and vice versa.

11- According to Jabar Maghrabi رحمة الله عليه sick or dead fairy in a dream indicates poor conditions for the dreamer. 

12- Fairy giving her home address in a dream or appearing and disappearing every now and then means that his wife would cheat on him.

13- Entering the house of fairies in a dream means that he shall go traveling and would be able to see many cities.
