• Enter the phone number registered with Absher.
• Select a security question i.e. passport number or dependent iqama number.

The Absher system will send an SMS with a code which you need to enter on the next page;

• Write the SMS code.
• Enter the new password as per the password guidelines given below.
• Congratulations, you have successfully changed your Absher password.

Absher password requirements

The Absher password must;

• At least 8 characters long.
• Contain a capital character.
• Contain a lowercase character.
• Contain a numeric character.
• Not contain any special character except @
• Not contain a portion of User ID longer than 4 characters.
• Contain more than 4 similar characters.
• Be in English.
• Absher password example: IloveSaudi1932
• Absher Username example: stevejobs.1987
