• Download the Tiqmo application.
• Enter your Mobile Number.
• Enter your Iqama Number.
• Approve the authentication request through Nafath App.

On the next page;

• Enter the 6-digit passcode.
• Click on the “Complete” button and add the following details;
• Job Sector: Private Sector.
• Enter the Employer Name.
• Income Source: Salary.
• Job Category: Iqama Profession.
• Income Range: Gross Salary.

Add money to the Tiqmo Account

To add money to the Tiqmo account through a debit or credit card;

• Click on the “Add Money” button.
• Select “Cards” from the top-up options.
• Enter the amount of money.
• Enter the card details.
• Save the card.

That’s it. You added money to the Tiqmo account using a debit or credit card.

Tiqmo International Transfer

To make an international bank transfer through the Tiqmo account, you need to add a beneficiary;

• Click on the “Intl Transfer” button.
• Click on the “ADD NEW” button.
• Select the country where you want to transfer funds.
• Select the transfer method, e.g., Bank Account.
• Answer the Tiqmo phone call to activate the beneficiary.

Once the beneficiary is activated, you can make an international transfer on the Tiqmo application.

• Enter the amount you want to transfer.

Track International Transfer

After making the international transfer on the Tiqmo application, you can also track its status.

• Click on the “Intl Transfer” button.
• Select “Transfer Tracker” from the options.
• Pending Release: The transaction started, but the payment is still with Tiqmo.
