In the month of Ramadan, government offices including Jawazat and Muroor operate for only 5 hours due to the change in timings.
The official jawazat and muroor office timing and the timing of any other government offices in the month of Ramadan are from 10:00 am in the morning to 03:00 pm afternoon.
Saudi Post timing in Ramadan
The timings of Saudi post has also changed in Ramadan. However, the Saudi post operates for 12 hours in 2 shifts during the month of Ramadan.
- Sunday to Thursday: 10 am to 4 pm and 8 pm to 2 am.
- Friday: 8 pm to 1 am.
- Saturday: 11 am to 4 pm and 8 pm to 1 am.
What is the best time to visit?
You can expect the late arrival and early departure of a few employees. It is better not to wait till 3:00 pm to get the things done.
In my opinion, it would be always better to be there by 11 am so that your work is sorted out before Duhr or just after Duhr prayer. By 11 am, the initial crowd has already done with their work. The staff must have arrived and you can get straight to the target.

Shopping Mall Working hours during Ramadan
The timing and working hours of shopping malls in Ramadan also change. Shopping malls close down only from 7 am in the morning until 12 pm.
The job of employees working in shopping malls becomes difficult during the month of Ramadan due to increased working hours.
Saudi Airlines Ramadan Timing
Just like any other government office, the timings of Saudi Airlines also change in Ramadan. Saudi Airlines operates for 12 hours in 2 shifts during the month of Ramadan i.e. from 10 am to 4 pm and 8 pm to 2 am.
Al Baik Ramadan Timing
Just like most of the restaurants in Saudi Arabia, the timings of Al Baik change during the month of Ramadan. It normally opens for the general public at around 5:00 pm after Asr prayer and closes after Suhoor.
Al Baik or any other restaurant does not close at Maghrib prayer during Ramadan. After Isha prayer, it remains open till Suhoor.
