What is the best time to visit?

You can expect the late arrival and early departure of a few employees. It is better not to wait till 3:00 pm to get the things done.

In my opinion, it would be always better to be there by 11 am so that your work is sorted out before Duhr or just after Duhr prayer. By 11 am, the initial crowd has already done with their work. The staff must have arrived and you can get straight to the target.
