Seeing a head separated from the body could be a terrifying experience, which might have different meanings in Islam.
According to Prophet Daniyal عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ, seeing the head in the dream is interpreted as being the leader of the nation.
According to Ibrahim Karmani رحمة الله عليه, a 16th-century scholar of Islam, seeing a dream where you have a big head is interpreted as attaining respect and status.
Head separate from Body
If the dreamer sees that he has taken a head in his hands, separated from the body, then it means that he will become friends with a leader and attain blessings and goodness.
If the dreamer’s head is cut in two parts, one in his hand and the other in his second hand, then it means that his parents will die.
Seeing the dreamer’s injured head with blood flowing is interpreted as a fight with someone.
Head falling down
If a dreamer sees that his head has fallen off without any wound, then if the dreamer is in debt, his debt will be cleared.
- If the dreamer is sad, he will attain happiness.
- If the dreamer is a slave, then he shall attain freedom.
- Similarly, if the dreamer is ill, he will attain health.
- If a rich person sees such a dream, then it means that he will marry a woman.
If the dreamer’s brain falls out from the head, such that it falls on the ground, his wealth will diminish.
However, if the dreamer again puts his brain inside his head, then his wealth will increase after a decline.
If the dreamer’s head falls, yet he places it again, then it means that he shall be martyred.
Several Heads
According to Ibn Sirin رحمة الله عليه, the most incredible dream interpreter of Islam, if someone sees a lot of heads in the dream, then it means that many leaders will gather at a place.
If the dreamer sees that someone has bought one or many heads for him, then it means that he will become the leader of the group and will attain blessings and wellness.
Seeing yourself having two heads in the dream is interpreted as being strong at work.
Eating the Head
Eating the skin of other people’s heads in the dream is interpreted as a wealthy being generous towards him.
Eating the head of a known person in the dream is interpreted as eating up one’s wealth.
Eating the head of an unknown person in the dream is interpreted as eating someone else’s wealth.
Eating a goat’s head in the dream is interpreted as attaining a long life and lawful earnings free from sins.
In a dream, eating the head of a wild four-legged animal, such as a lion, elephant, cheetah, or wolf, means the dreamer will attain wealth.
Eating the head of a bull or cow in the dream is interpreted as attaining wealth and blessings that year.
If a person sees that he eats the head of a chicken, he will steal government funds/public property in proportion to the size of the chicken’s head.
If a woman sees that she is eating a cooked meal of head, then it means that she will get rich.
If a woman sees that she has attained or has been given roasted head’s meat in a dream, which she eats, then it means that she will benefit from a rich person.
According to Imam Jafar Sadiq رحمة الله عليه, an 8th-century scholar of Islam, a jurist, and a theologian, roasted meat of the head in the dream is interpreted as a rich person or leader.
The raw meat of the head in the dream, if eaten, is interpreted as the backbiting of a leader. A roasted head’s meat in the dream is better than a raw head’s meat.
Talking Head
If the person sees that his head is talking good things, then it means that he will do pious work and be just in his actions.
However, if the head is saying bad things, then the interpretation of this dream is the opposite of what was mentioned above.
Having an Animal’s Head
According to Jabar Maghrabi رحمة الله عليه, if the dreamer sees that his head is like an elephant’s, he will attain the country.
If you see a dream in which your head is similar to the head of a camel, it means that the dreamer will move towards riots and unlawful things.
If you see a dream in which your head is similar to the head of a horse, the dream is interpreted as a dream about attaining wealth from the king.
If you see a dream in which your head is similar to a donkey’s, it is interpreted as attaining from his forefathers.
If you see a dream in which your head is similar to a bull, it means you will be humiliated in old age.
If you see a dream in which your head resembles a goat, it is interpreted as acting foolishly.
If you see a dream in which your head resembles a lion, it is interpreted as attaining government and being victorious over the enemy.
If you see a dream in which your head resembles a dog, you are interpreted as experiencing humiliation and difficulties.
If you see a dream in which your head resembles a pig, it is interpreted as moving away from Allah Almighty and committing Shirk.
Metal Head
Having a head of gold in the dream is interpreted as attaining wealth and luxuries of life.
However, if the dreamer’s head changes to iron or stone, then it means that he will serve a tyrant leader.
Having a head of wood in the dream is interpreted as getting closer to death.
Women Head
Seeing the heads of women in the dream is interpreted as attaining happiness from wealthy women.
If a woman sees a dream where her head has been shaved off, then it means that she will be widowed.
