The driving license issued by Saudi Arabia is acknowledged and accepted by several countries. Here is a list of countries where a Saudi driving license is considered valid.
It means that if you have a valid driving license from Saudi Arabia, you can drive a car in any of the countries listed below without getting an international driving license.

The United Kingdom
A friend of mine is a Saudi and he told me that he used to drive his car in the United Kingdom on a Saudi driving license.
However, you can only drive for a period of 1 year on a Saudi driving license. After one year, you will have to get a UK driving license to drive in the UK.
- Note: This option is not available for expats with a Saudi driving license.
The Saudi driver’s license will now be valid in Austria too. The Austrian authorities have officially recognized the Saudi driver’s license, allowing the holders of such licenses to drive their vehicles in Austria.
