How to refund money from Absher?

You can refund your passport deposit or any other money from Absher / MOI account through the same bank which is used for the payment. Here is the procedure.

• The first thing to do is to check available funds in Absher.
• If money is available, you can proceed with the refund process.
• You can request a refund from Absher using the same account used for the initial payment.

Refund Absher money from Al Rajhi Bank

Let’s assume you want to refund the exit reentry visa fee paid through Al Rajhi bank which is appearing in the passport deposit in Absher account.

• Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
• Log in to your internet banking account.
• Select “Payments“.
• Press the “Government Payments” button.
• Click on “Alien Control“.

On the next page, select the following assuming that you want to refund exit reentry visa fee;

• Exit Reentry Visa.
• Transaction Type: Refund.
• Iqama ID: Iqama Number.
• Click on the “Confirm” button.

You will receive the full refund of the money available in the Absher account within 3 days.

Refund Passport Deposit through SNB

Let’s assume you want to refund the exit re-entry visa fee paid through Bank Al Ahli.

• Download the Application through PlayStore or iTunes.
• Log in to your internet banking account.
• Click on the “Menu“.
• Select “SADAD“.
• Click on “Government Payments“.
• Select “Refund” from the top.
• Biller: Residents Services.
• Service: Issue Exit Reentry Visa.
• Select “Unregistered“.
• Iqama ID: Enter Iqama Number.
• Click on the “Proceed” button.

You will receive the full refund of the money in the passport deposit within 3 days.

Can we refund the dependent fee?

You can refund the dependent fee before the Iqama renewal i.e. as long as it is shown in the passport deposit in the Absher account.

As soon as the Iqama is renewed, you would not be able to see the dependent fee in the Absher account and hence, you cannot refund it that time.
