Documents required to apply for the Malaysia Visit Visa online: In the next screen, you will have to attach the following documents in your visa application.
Passport Size Photograph: The Photo size must be 35mm wide by 50mm high. The photo should be without border, taken within the last 6 months. The facial image must be from chin to crown and make sure that your head, face, and ears are visible. OTnly a studio taken photo will be accepted, scanned photos are NOT ACCEPTABLE. The Photo must have a white background. A Selfie photo is not acceptable
Copy of the Passport: Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the intended date of travel. I would suggest you apply with enough validity of passport so that it does not become the reason for rejection.
Confirmed booking of the Airline ticket – Many people attach only booking without confirmation (Payment) which is canceled after a couple of days. At the time, when officials check your booking, they don’t find it which can become the cause of rejection of your visa.
Confirm Hotel Bookings covering your stay in Malaysia. The booking made through Agoda.com is considered confirmed by the Malaysian authorities.
Bank Statement: It is better to attach the bank statement of the previous 3 months irrespective of the case you are going there for a recreational purpose or business tour.
If the balance of your bank statement is MYR 20,000 maintained throughout the period of 3 months, you are more likely to be accepted for Malaysia visa.
