The mobile phone device will display the caller’s name and number for all technologies (2G to 5G).
This specification aims to utilize contemporary technologies to enhance the efficiency of the services provided to the end user. It will also reduce the number of frauds committed by fraudsters significantly.
Service providers like Mobily, STC, and Zain can use this feature to automatically determine the caller’s name without any activation needed from the parties involved.
Mobile service providers need to implement proper security measures in their networks to verify the authenticity of the caller’s name.
