There are several mobile companies in Saudi Arabia and for landlines, every region has a different code /prefix. Here is a list of all the prefixes, and codes assigned to different mobile companies and cities in Saudi Arabia;

STC has the major market share in terms of customer base in Saudi Arabia and they operate with the following prefixes;

  • 012 – Western Region including Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, Rabigh.
  • 013 – Eastern Province i.e. Dammam, Khobar, Qatif, Dhahran.
  • 014 – Madina, Tabuk, Yanbu, Sakaka, Turaif etc.
  • 016 – Qasim, Majma and Hail.
  • 017 – Asir, Abha, Al Baha, Jazan, Najran and Khamis Mushait.

Go Landline Code

Many people do not know that there is another landline provider in Saudi Arabia i.e. Go which has been given the following prefix;

  • 08111.
