Seeing someone sick in a dream who is actually healthy or finding yourslef ill in a dream could have many meanings and interpretations as per Islam. Generally speaking, illness in a dream has a negative sense.

According to Ibn Sirin رحمة الله عليه, the greatest dream interpreter of Islam, seeing yourself sick in a dream means that one’s faith will become corrupt, and one will talk ill with people around him.

• Some scholars have interpreted the same dream as death.

Having flu in a dream means getting sick and recovering from it. The severity of his sickness would depend on how much flu he had in the dream.

According to Ibrahim Karmani رحمة الله عليه, seeing yourself naked due to illness means that the dreamer will die soon.

• Being naked in a dream

According to Jafar Sadiq رحمة الله عليه, if a sick person sees himself without clothes while changing dirty clothes, then he might as well recover. 

Getting sick in a dream in a way that the dreamer keeps patience and does not complain about illness means that he will get well soon.

Feeling sick or having an undiagnosed illness in a dream can mean you are spending money unwisely or wasting it in ways that do not align with Allah’s path.

Recovering from Sickness

Getting recovered from illness in a dream such that he is not at home and does not speak with anyone means that his illness will get prolonged and he will die of the disease.

Getting recovered from illness in a way that he is talking to others means he would get healthy.

Dreams of a Sick Person

If a sick person dreams about riding a bull or a pig, it means he is likely to die.

If a sick person dreams of being healthy in the afterlife, it means they will arrive there free from the illnesses and challenges of this world.

If a sick person dreams of Prophet Isa عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ, they will fully recover.

If a sick person dreams of a vulture in their house, it means death is approaching.

If a sick person dreams of borrowing money to repay debts, it signifies his death.

If a sick person dreams of leaving their prison cell, it means they will get better from their illness.
