An Indian tanker driver has been arrested for disposing of the sewage water in open ground in Makkah. The General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection detained him for violating the Environmental laws.
The law requires that the sewage water be offloaded in a specific way as per the instructions of The General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection.
According to the rules and regulations, the Indian Tanker driver may face a fine of SR 30 million or an imprisonment of 10 years or both.
