Jeddah Police has arrested an expat for touching a girl inappropriately in a shopping mall.
The video of the expat touching a Saudi girl went viral on social media and caused the police to act against the man immediately.

In the video, it can be seen that a woman in a restaurant is taking an order from a customer while a Yemeni comes in from the background.
He touched the girl, but she moved her hand back, thinking it was done by mistake. He does it again, and the woman seems to be trying to avoid him.
