There are many services being offered by STC such as internet packages continue to deduct the balance of users, many of us want to know how to deactivate or stop all STC services through a deactivation code.
Method 1: Send a blank SMS
The first step to deactivate all STC services such as an internet package through a deactivation code, you need to send a blank message to 800444 and 800828.
You will receive a reply message showing all the services that you have subscribed to date along with the codes to deactivate all of them.
Unsubscribe the service
In the next step to stop all STC services, you need to unsubscribe all the unnecessary services by writing “U” with space and the “unsubscription code”.
You can continue to repeat the process until you receive a message that “No subscription to any channel in this service”.
Method 2: Deactivate services with STC App
The second way to check and deactivate all your services such as internet connection is to install the STC application and register your account there. After the login;
- Click on “My Subscription”.
- Select the STC service you want to deactivate.
- Click on the “Unsubscribe” button.
In this way, you can deactivate all the unwanted services. unsubscribe to internet packages from the STC and avoid the automatic balance deduction.
Method 3: Call the helpline
Another way to deactivate all STC services is to call the customer care center on 902 or you can visit the nearest customer care center.

STC Customer Service
There is no doubt that STC has the best coverage in Saudi Arabia among all other networks but their real issue is customer service. Talking about my personal experience, I called them at least 25 times to stop all STC services from my connection yet they were not canceled.
I registered many complaints to them to resolve my problem but every time the complaint was closed without resolving the issue. On my next call, they always used to ask me to make a new complaint about the same issue.
