If you have a problem with any of the insurance companies in Saudi Arabia, you can file an online complaint against them on the Insurance Authority portal. Here is the process;

Requirements

You must have the following to register a complaint against an insurance company in Saudi Arabia;

  • Iqama Number/Border Number.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Details of the claim number to report.

Register your Account

Register your account with the Insurance Authority to file a complaint against an insurance company in Saudi Arabia.

  • Open the link: https://care.ia.gov.sa/
  • Click on “Create Account“.
  • Enter your Mobile Number.
  • Write your Name.
  • ID Type: ID Number.
  • ID Number: Iqama Number.
  • Birthdate: DOB as per Iqama.
  • Click on the “Create Account” button.

File a Complaint

Log in to your Insurance Authority account to file a complaint against an insurance company in Saudi Arabia. 

  • Open the link: https://care.ia.gov.sa/
  • Enter your Mobile Number.
  • National ID: Iqama Number.
  • Log in to your account.
  • Sector: Insurance Companies.
  • Product: Select one of the 12 insurance types.
  • Select the appropriate category and sub-category.
  • Organization: Name of the Insurance Company.
  • Details: Write the complaint in detail with the claim reference number.
  • Attach the documents if any.

That’s it, you have successfully registered a complaint against an insurance company in Saudi Arabia.
