Change Virgin SIM language to English

You might have noticed that Virgin always sends you messages in the Arabic language which you cannot understand. There are 3 ways to change the Virgin SIM language from Arabic to English.

Change Mobily language with code

You can change the Mobily SIM language from Arabic to English by dialing the following code;

• Dial the code *106# on your mobile.
• Press “1” to enter the Language Settings.
• Press “1” to select the English language.
• Press “2” to select the Arabic language.
• Press “3” to select the Urdu language.

On the next page, the Virgin mobile system will ask you if you want to change the spoken language, written language, or both.

• Press “1” to change the Spoken Language.
• Press “2” to change the Written Language.
• Press “3” to change Both.

You can also change the Virgin SIM language to English by calling the helpline;

• Call 1789.

The third way to change the language is through the application;

• Download Virgin Application PlayStore.
• Download the Virgin Application on iTunes.
• Log in to your account with your mobile number.
• Find the option to change the Language.
