How to change mobile number in Tawakkalna?

You can change the mobile number registered with Tawakkalna with an Absher account as well as without an Absher account.

With Absher

If you have a separate Absher account, you need to change your mobile number with Absher and then follow the below procedure to update it on Tawakkalna. 

• Change your Absher mobile number.
• Go to the login page of the Tawakkalna application.
• Click on the “Help” button.
• Select the “Update Phone Number” option.

Now select from two options i.e. citizen/resident or visitor/gulf.

Iqama Holders

• Select the appropriate option “Citizen/Resident“.
• Enter your Iqama Number.
• Select the Date of Birth from the calendar.
• The Tawakkalna system will send you a verification code to the previously registered number.
• Enter the new mobile number.

Congratulations, you have changed the mobile number with Tawakkalna.

Visit Visa Holders

• Select the appropriate option “Visitor/Gulf“.
• Enter your Passport Number.
• Specify the Nationality.
• Select the Date of Birth from the calendar.
• Enter the new mobile number.
• The Tawakkalna system will send you a verification code to the previously verified number.

Without Absher

In case you have created a Tawakkalna account without Absher with the help of a friend, you will have to contact the same friend to change your mobile number in Tawakkalna.

Request him to follow the same procedure to verify that you are using a new phone number now.

After this;

• Open the Tawakkalna Application.
• Select the appropriate option “Citizen/Resident“.
• Enter your Iqama Number.
• Select the Date of Birth from the calendar.
• The Tawakkalna system will send you a verification code to the previously registered number.
• Enter the new mobile number.
