Cancel STC landline and internet connection
The STC Internet and Landline contract is for 1 year, and the users have signed the terms and conditions. All users must fulfill the contract term and cancel it only after it.
The only other way to permanently close down the STC Internet and Landline is to pay all the dues, a fine worth SR 399. Moreover, remember that each year the contract is subject to auto-renewal.
Cancel an STC Postpaid SIM Card
The process to deactivate or cancel an STC SIM card for postpaid and prepaid connections differs.
To deactivate or cancel an STC postpaid SIM card, visit a nearby STC office and inform them about your intention. They will ask you to pay a certain amount for the service you have used.
You must pay this bill through SADAD within a few hours, and your postpaid STC SIM will be deactivated or canceled within 24 hours.
Cancel an STC Prepaid SIM Card
To deactivate or cancel an STC prepaid SIM card, you must ensure you have consumed all the balance and do not recharge any card.
The STC prepaid SIM card will be canceled or deactivated if it does not receive any balance recharge or phone call for 60 days.
Transfer STC landline to another location
Sometimes the reason people want to cancel an STC internet connection or landline is that they are moving to another place. In this scenario, you can always transfer your STC landline to another location. To transfer your STC landline phone to another area, you have to call 900 and make a request.
