How to book Fahas (MVPI) appointment?

You can book a Fahas appointment to perform a motor vehicle inspection test (MVPI) to avoid waiting in the long queue. Here is the process;

Book Fahas Appointment

In order to book Fahas appointment in Saudi Arabia;

• Open https://vi.vsafety.sa/en.
• Click on the “Book Appointment” button.
• Enter your Full Name.
• Write your Mobile Number to get a verification code.
• Registration Country: Saudi Arabia.
• Enter the Car Plate Number.
• Registration Type: Private Vehicle.
• Inspection Type: Periodic Inspection Service.

On the next page, enter the following details to confirm your MVPI appointment;

• Select your Region.
• Choose the inspection center.
• Select the appropriate time.
• Enter the verification code sent to your mobile.

That’s it, you have successfully booked the Fahas appointment. Make sure to be there on time.

Authorize someone to do Fahas

While booking the MVPI appointment, you can authorize someone to do Fahas on your behalf. In order to do that;

• Open https://vi.vsafety.sa/en.
• Click on the “Book Appointment” button.
• Enter your Full Name.
• Write your Mobile Number to get a verification code.
• Click on “Do you want to authorize someone“.
• Enter the Name, Mobile Number, Iqama Number, and Birthday of the delegate.
• Complete the remaining process for booking the appointment.

Change Appointment Time

In order to change the location or time of the MVPI appointment;

• Open https://vi.vsafety.sa/en.
• Click on the “Edit Appointment” button.
• Enter the appointment number.
• Write the Mobile Number registered with the appointment.
• Enter the OTP code.

The system will give you access to change the time or the location of the appointment.

Cancel the Appointment

In order to cancel the Fahas appointment;

• Click on the “Edit Appointment” button.
• Enter the appointment number.
• Write the Mobile Number registered with the appointment.
• Enter the OTP code.
