How to book Jawazat appointment through Absher?

If you want to visit Jawazat for any purpose be it an Iqama for newborn or Naqal Maloomat, you need to book a Jawazat appointment through Absher. Here is the procedure.

Book Jawazat appointment

In order to book Jawazat Appointment in Saudi Arabia;

  • Log in to your Absher account https://www.absher.sa/
  • Scroll down and click on the “Appointments” tab.
  • Select the “Passport” option.
  • Click on the “Proceed to Service” button.

Book Jawazat appointmentOn the new screen to book the Jawazat appointment, click on the “Book New Appointment” button.

Select one service from the following services;

  • تسجيل السمات الحيوية للوافدين (رجال): Fingerprints of Men.
  • تسجيل السمات الحيوية لمرافقي الوافدين: Fingerprints of dependents.
  • Resident Services = All other services including Naqal Maloomat, Iqama for the newborn etc.
  • تعديل وضع الأشقاء اليمنيين = Special services for Yemeni nationals.
  • Activate Cell Phone Number = Activate Absher account.
  •  تجديد بطاقة القبائل النازحه = Renewal of card of Internally Displaced People.

Region: Select the region.

Number of Transactions: The number of tasks you want to perform.

Select the Jawazat office you want to visit.

Book Jawazat appointmentOn the next page, select the time and date for the appointment.

  • Available Slots: Green.
  • Reserved Slots: Red.

Check the date and the time and click on the “Confirm Appointment Details“.

Congratulations, you have successfully booked a Jawazat appointment through Absher. Just print the appointment or save the screenshot on your mobile.

Update Jawazat appointment

In case you have changed your mind, you can update the date, time or service of the appointment through Absher. In order to do that;

  • Log in to your Absher account https://www.absher.sa/
  • Scroll down and click on the “Appointments” tab.
  • Select the “Passport” option.
  • Click on the “Proceed to Service” button.
  • Click on the (+) sign.
  • Select the “Update” option.
  • Now click on the “Edit Complete Appointment” button.
  • Select the new service, date, and time to update your Jawazat appointment.

Cancel Jawazat appointment

If you cannot visit the passport office on the specified date and time, it is better to cancel the appointment. In order to do that;

  • Log in to your Absher account https://www.absher.sa/
  • Scroll down and click on the “Appointments” tab.
  • Select the “Passport” option.
  • Click on the “Proceed to Service” button.
  • Click on the (+) sign.
  • Select the “Cancel” option.
  • Click on the “Confirm Cancellation” button.
  • That’s it, you have successfully canceled your Jawazat appointment.
