How to check Lebara Balance in Saudi Arabia?

There are 3 major cellular companies in Saudi Arabia namely STC, Mobily and Zain, and 3 smaller companies namely Lebara, Friendi and Virgin mobile. In this article, we have explained how to check the Lebara mobile or SIM balance and its SIM validity.

1.    Lebara balance check code

In order to check Lebara balance, you need to dial *110# on your mobile screen, the system will check the balance and display it on your computer screen.

2.    Check Lebara SIM balance through an Application

The second way to check SIM balance is to install Lebara Application in your mobile through the Lebara application on PlayStore or the Lebara application on iTunes. Therefore, I personally check the balance in this way. You can also check the postpaid balance using this application. 

3.    Call Helpline to check Balance

The third and perhaps the most difficult way to check the balance is to call 1755 from your Lebara connection. You can either select the Lebara balance inquiry option i.e. option 1 or contact the customer services representative who will tell you the remaining balance in Arabic as well as in English. 

  1. Dial *000# and press the call button for our USSD menu to display your basic Lebara balance with the option of browsing our menu to recharge or go into your settings.

How to check Lebara SIM validity?

There is no way to check Lebara SIM Validity online. The Lebara SIM validity from the day of recharge or any chargeable activity is 60 days.

A chargeable activity is a call, SMS or mobile data use that deducts the amount from your current balance. If you do not recharge your Lebara SIM or undergo a chargeable activity, your Lebara SIM card will get expired and the service will get suspended.

What to do if a Lebara SIM gets expired?

In a case where your Lebara SIM got expired, you can contact the Lebara customer service team at  1755 or 0576001755 to get support and help. They would direct you on how to regain Lebara services.

Otherwise, you can get a new Lebara SIM from a nearby authorized store or placing an online order.
