2-The carbohydrate content in the dates is quite high which enables slow digestion. With slow digestion, your stomach remains full for a long time period and you won’t feel hungry.

Thereby it is suggested to not immediately eat your meal after having dates, start with lighter things such as salads. You can have a meal 20 minutes after having a date.
