Online Procedure to Apply for Malaysia Visit Visa: There are some countries which are entitled to apply for the Malaysia Visit Visa online. They can follow the online procedure to apply for Malaysia Visit Visa. We have listed them at the end of the article.
Manual Procedure to Apply for Malaysia Visit Visa: If your country is not listed in the countries which can get a visa-free access to Malaysia (listed below) or the countries which can follow the online procedure to apply for Malaysia Visit Visa, you need to follow the below mentioned procedure.
Fill out a Form: Now you need to fill out an application form for the Malaysian visa of Saudi Arabia. The application can be downloaded from this link. You need to submit this form to the VFS office in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam along with following documents.
Make sure you have all the documents to avoid any hassle. You can google the location for the VFS offices in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam.
Photographs: You need to bring 1 passport sized photographs with you. The Photo size must be 35mm wide by 50mm high. The photo should be without border, taken within the last 6 months.
The facial image must be from chin to crown and make sure that your head, face, and ears are visible. Only the studio taken photo will be accepted, scanned photos are NOT ACCEPTABLE. The Photo must have a white background. A Selfie photo is not acceptable
A copy of Passport: Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the intended date of travel. I would suggest you apply with enough validity of passport so that it does not become the reason for rejection.
Invitation Letter: If you are going on a business tour, you need to get an Invitation Letter from the company you are going to visit. This letter of invitation should explicitly state the name of the person who will bear the cost of traveling and accommodation in Malaysia.
Introduction Letter: You also need to get a letter from your sponsor in Saudi Arabia addressed to Malaysia Consulate or Malaysia Embassy as the case may be, stating your full salary and designation in the company.

Bank Statement: It is better to attach the bank statement of the previous 3 months irrespective of the case you are going there for a recreational purpose or business tour. If the balance of your bank statement is MYR 20,000 maintained throughout the period of 3 months, you are more likely to be accepted for Malaysia visa.

Confirmed booking of the Airline ticket – Many people attach only booking without confirmation (Payment) which is canceled after a couple of days. At the time, when officials check your booking, they don’t find it which can become the cause of rejection of your visa.

Collection of Passport: The officer will check all your documents and give you a receipt for submitting an application. You can collect your passport the next day between 2:00 pm
