How to check Iqama expiry through Absher?
You need to have an Absher account to check iqama expiry date or Iqama validity. If you don’t have an Absher account, you will have to register for it. The procedure to get you registered is explained in this link “How to register for Absher?”
Once the account is created, you need to login to it by entering your userID or Iqama number, password and the captcha code to check iqama expiry date or Iqama validity. An SMS will be sent to your mobile number with an authentication code which you need to enter in the next screen. https://absher.sa
Once you have successfully logged into the Absher account, just click on the “Query Iqama Expiry Service” icon given in the second line of your account to check iqama expiry date or Iqama validity.
In the next step, a new screen will open where you need to enter your Iqama number and the captcha code.
Once you press the view button to check iqama expiry date or Iqama validity, the system will fetch the details and highlight it with green color as shown in the screenshot below.
How to check Iqama validity without Absher?
You can check the Iqama expiry date or Iqama validity even if you don't have access to the Absher account. Open the website of the Ejar in Saudi Arabia through the below-mentioned link and click on “Identity Registration” tab. https://eservice.ejar.sa/pub/login.xhtml
In the next step to check iqama expiry date or iqama validity, you will be required to select your ID type which is “Iqama”, enter your birth date and the Iqama number. It is important to mention here that the birth date entered here must be matching with the date written on your iqama.
In case the date of birth on your passport is different from the date on your Iqama, use the one written on the Iqama.
In the next step, the system will fetch some basic details such as your Iqama expiry date or Iqama validity, your full name, the birth date, and the nationality.
