Nut butter on bread or olive oil as a salad dressing would provide you a number of hidden benefits together with help in constipation. These are good fats so you don’t need to worry about your weight too.
8-Coffee: Coffee works as a laxative as well as a diuretic. It stimulates your gut to improve its movement and empty your intestines. But it also drains water which is why you need to stay hydrated otherwise it will worsen your constipation.
9-Figs and prunes: Figs and prunes are high in fibers and essential substances to kick off your constipation and bring you back on track. It helps in intestinal contractions which move the stool.
10-Exercise: Brisk walk every day is not only going to help you with constipation but will benefit all your systems and keep you away from a hundred diseases.
11-Raisins: Raisins are again high in a fiber having a laxative effect. Eating fruits like cherries and apricots together with yogurt which is full of Probiotics and topping it with raisins would eliminate your constipation and help you in a million ways.
