Burj Rafal, Riyadh – height 308 meters: Burj Rafal is a skyscraper which is located in Riyadh. It opened its doors in 2014 and consists of 70 floors which have been constructed on an exclusive 20,000 sqm piece of land. Total building cost for the structure was a whopping $320 million and is the tallest residential building in Riyadh.
Kingdom Centre, Riyadh – height 302 meters: Kingdom Center is a 41 story skyscraper located in Riyadh. It is the third tallest skyscraper in the Kingdom, and also the third tallest building with a hole, in the world of the Shanghai World Financial Center as well as the Tuntex Sky Tower. Aside from the shopping mall, the Kingdom Tower also contains the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh and also other Apartments. There is also a 56-meter long sky bridge at the very top of the sky scraper.
The Al Faisaliyah Center, Riyadh – height 267 meters: The Al Faisaliyah Center is located in the business district of Riyadh and is a commercial skyscraper. In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is the 4th tallest building. It is also called the Star Dome. This skyscraper was completed in May of 2000 and consists of 44 floors.
The ZamZam tower Abraj Al Bait – height 265 meters: The ZamZam tower of the Abraj Al Bait Towers is located in Mecca. These towers are a part of the King Abdul Aziz Endowment Project which is striving to modernize the city in catering to the many pilgrims who visit the city annually. The ZamZam tower consists of 54 floors and was completed in 2012. Currently, the ZamZam tower is being used for residential purposes.
